Deciding to sell your home can be both very exciting and a little daunting. I am committed to making this experience as stress free as possible. Below is a brief outline of what I can do to make this experience quick, convenient and provide maximum results.

  1. Marketing Plan: Together we will come up with a unique marketing plan specific to your home that will include, but not be limited to:
    1. Staging and preparing your home for sale (this is something Lainey has the ability to do at no extra charge.)
    2. Digital photography and virtual tour
    3. Exposure on the mls system as well as a number of other websites.
    4. Flyers distributed in your area
    5. Full colour features sheets
    6. Ads in local newspapers
    7. Plus, so much more!

  2. Selling the Area: We will provide all potential buyers with information on all the local schools and amenities. Knowing and loving the east end of Toronto makes it easy for me sell others on all the area amenities your home has to offer!

  3. Pricing your Home: I will provide a complete written Current Value Assessment which will detail recent comparables as well as other important factors to help us determine the right pricing strategy for your home.

  4. Forms: I will provide and explain all forms that you will need to sign so you have the opportunity to read through and understand all forms before you are required to sign on the dotted line.

  5. Open Houses and Agent Tours: I will hold both agent and public open houses to make sure your home is seen. These open houses will be advertised extensively for maximum exposure.

  6. Working with offers: We will discuss the process in dealing with offers and I will provide you with a blank offer so you will be familiar with the form and it's wording before it comes time to sign.

  7. Home inspection: We will discuss the process of home inspections, the cost and things to be aware of that may come up in an inspection.

  8. Closing the Sale: I will work with you closely after the sold sign goes up to make sure everything closes smoothly.
